Welcome to Grace

Welcome to Grace Lutheran Church, Stratford CT, a church of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

We are a congregation committed to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through word and sacrament with all people. We worship each Sunday at 9:00, with a learning hour afterwards for both children and adults. Holy Communion is offered every Sunday.

Service Schedule

Worship is held every Sunday at 9 AM in the Sanctuary.

Seasonal Services

February 17 - Ash Wednesday services at Noon and 7:30 P.M.

March 28 - Palm Sunday 9 A.M.

April 1 Maundy Thursday service with foot washing and stripping of the altar - 7:30 P.M.

April 2 Good Friday service 7:30 P.M.

April 4 Easter Continental Breakfast at 7:30 A.M.; Worship at 9 A.M.

Mission Statement

In partnership with other Christians, the people of Grace-a community justified by Christ-welcome all to a life of worship and service in Christ's love.

Reaching out to our neighbors we:

• nurture in worship through Word and Sacrament
• share the gospel
• seek to grow as disciples of Christ

Our ministries care for children, youth, seniors, the hungry, and those in need of God's care. In these and other ways, we demonstrate God's compassion for the world.
